Story Line: Lyall has lived near the coast tall his life and got by on eating sea birds and the occasional carrion that washes up on the shore but as he got older he ventured further afield often heading to the fields to hunt hares and deer.
He is not so good at hunting large game but he gets by and has grown to a fit adult by eating smaller game, ocassionally when he is on the coast he has managed to catch the odd seal.
His puphood was a good one and he led a sheltered life but life got more difficult when he became older an illness made his mother sickly and unable to hunt he had to learn quickly for them both to survive his father left when he was weaned and they struggled to get by.
His mother recovered and left the area when he was old enough to fend for himself.
He defended his patch and became extremely territorial he almost lost his eye when in a fight with another shield wolf and got his ear torn, he is an extremely dominant individual and won't tolerate other males on his patch.
