Personality: Protective- Protect those who need it and those he is close to he would do anything to keep those close to him safe.
               Has potential aggression issues- If someone tries to challenge him or rubs his fur up the wrong way he will attack, either verbally or physically depending on the severity of the situation.
Dependable- He will always be there for someone if needs be he will lend a shoulder to cry on or back someone up in a pinch.

Pre-Group History: Keegan was originally part of the Irish police force (Garda) but when things got tough in London he decided to transfer as he had family down there and felt the need to protect them.
There he trained as a member of SWAT where he passed just at the height of the trouble when London was almost raised to the ground he was part of the action and survived barely having been shot to the chest.
If it wasn't for his chief Red he would not have made it out alive now he is forever in his debt.
When the New London arose from the ashes like the proverbial phoenix everything had changed and not for the better things were getting tougher for the dwindling police force and it was down to the SWAT team and the army to back them up.
