Pre-Group History: Carlisle is the brother of Blyth and Tyne resembling more Blyth than Tyne he is Gabriel's enforcer and would do whatever he can to defend him but he mostly can be found carrying out his business within the city and torturing all those who go against him or performing a hit on them.
He has been in Gabriel service for half his life and worked his way up the ranks.
In his spare time he can often be found frequenting the inns which are of ill repute feeling more at home in London's criminal underworld.
